Why most of my stuff disappeared...

Well, it appears the mods have decreed I don't have enough info on my posts. Every picture must have generation data with it and I've generally posted one file and said the group was made with that and prompt variations. It will take time, but I can resurrect the CompfyUI sets fairly easily since every image has the data embedded. I'll have to see about the older StableDiffusion sets.

Just be patient and it should show up again.

The mods have been on a tear recently against AI artists.  It's very discouraging.  I'm wondering if there is a better site for AI artists that won't be such sticklers for rules they haven't been enforcing because they didn't have the staff.

There isn't.

And demanding citations for every single instance of the same prompt, it's harassment. This is in complete violation of this site's own charter!

Yes there are. e6ai.net and ATF have much less strict rules about AI. In fact I believe ATF doesn't give 2 shits what you used to make your AI art, so long as it's not photo realistic human stuff.

Quality guidelines visual references

This wiki is intended to give visual examples and explanations on what staff looks for when determining a post's approval.

Select any image below to inspect it in full.

Remember: these are only examples. A visual guide for every single error that may appear would be infinitely long. So, even if your very specific error does not appear in this guide, it could still fall under one of the following categories.
Table of contents:

1. Attempted_signature
2. Anatomical_anomalies
3. Poor details on focus items
4. Upscaling, artifacting and color anomalies
5. Text and Lettering Errors

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Am I missing something here? How is THAT a terrible restriction on AI generated material? Oh noes, you'll have to fix the mutant toe growing out the side of someone's foot, or the random square of wrong color shat on someone's forehead. It's not that hard. Just time consuming. I literally spent hours on each render I uploaded to this site reaching all of these quality standards and I didn't even know about e6ai's list. If someone like me can do it, having next to zero experience in photoshop (I use gimp but same thing) before I started prompting art, then anyone can do it. I don't even have a tablet or pen. I did it all with my mouse and keyboard. Just takes patience and a good eye. Hell I had to completely rework entire limbs and sections of background in some of my renders.

If anything I'd say e6ai's quality standards are a good thing. Literally the FIRST argument anti-ai people use is all those obvious quality errors in raw generated material.

If it's the same settings, just mention which pictures go with that setting. The notes I got were because I listed a single file for each group of images and listed them as coming from "this and variations on Lora and prompts." type stuff. I've never actually tried loading a file from IB into ComfyUI or Stable Diffusion to see if the workloads are still embedded.

Theoretically, that's all it should be, and in my case, that's what I did. Only the seeds were different between the first image and the remaining batch, which all used a different seed.

As it is, citations for AI generation shouldn't even be a requirement, but a voluntary suggestion, strictly for educational purposes - No other medium on Inkbunny is required to cite software used, settings, etc., period. Because of this alone, it's a discriminatory practice for the sake of an entirely new technology, and violates the very spirit, if not the words, of the Inkbunny Philosophy, whereas you should not be under any specific requirements for any creative work, beyond use for hate speech and threats to others (except as noted for terms of service for the server rentals IB uses, which are most notably human x furry artwork).

It's not perfect either. Their posting rules are also quite demanding, so it's not so easy.

E6ai is more for images that are "finished". They did a few rule changes a while back that make it a lot more strict about small errors. Add on that the upload limit, removals counting against you for uploads, and you need to contact a mod or janitor to replace an image, that place is really meant for finished and edited images (even a small, faint, patreon logo can get an image ripped).

At least here you can post stuff and if you find an error you can easily replace the image with a fixed version of it. We just have to deal with rules that were in place but not enforced because of staffing.

They aren't targeting Ai artists. The rules have always been the same. They just NOW have the staff to actually enforce the rules in general. I got my whole gallery nuked because I was using a generator that wasn't green listed. Real bummer but technically my fault.

Thank you for following the guidelines of the site, instead of like some directors who panicked, deleting everything, and running away calling foul. This is how it should be done.

Yeah, it's always better safe than sorry too.

Well, I try... I haven't checked yet, but I'm not sure what the point is of requiring specific generation data for each image. My heart goes out to the poor directors that post a gazillion images!

I can see the anti-AI mob is after all AI-creators here. You're another one who got "wiped".

It's not wiped, just hidden and put back once the requested info is obtained. The question remains whether I can get all of that info for some older items, but I tend to post in bunches with similar settings, have the originals with all embedded data, and an anal retentive approach to file organization, lol. It's just a pain to reload and save out the workload for each individually. It will take time, but mostly doable and moving forward I can be sure to provide for each.

That's one aspect of this I've never understood. I mean, isn't it kinda obvious that (basic, e.g. prompt) information should automatically be embedded within each file?

IMO they're pushing "the letter of the law" a bit much too hard recently here, and although the intent may be right, it's only having a chilling effect. I certainly don't want to spend as much of my time here anymore.

I did try to download and re-up into Comfy, no workload coming from Inkbunny, so their files do not have embedding.

Thanks for taking the time to fix some of them : )

All three recent Perdita sets are back now. That's as  much workflow reloading fun as I can stand today, more later this week.
