By allowing the posting of AI-generated content in any form, I feel that Inkbunny is directly harming artists, be they literary or visual artists.
It doesn't matter if people are telling that they used a particular tool when they post.
It doesn't matter if IB only allows it if the tool used is open source.
Artists who make a living from their content, spending hours of their time to create something beautiful, are being passed over for cheap, free content that someone can spit out by typing a few lines into a program. There's no soul, there's no heart in the content.
Generative AI has a place. It can have some valid uses. This place is not it.
Taking the work from people who genuinely depend on their art for a living is unconscionable and at this point, I hope this website is burned from existence for adopting this policy.
