commissions?

I've never done commissions before, but now that I have some free time, I want to give it a try. I'm still organizing the details.

That could be a good thing to do. I've tried, but I have only done two... both of which were three years apart.

Oh so I can commission?

It because I've not starting to make a commissions by others who request to me to make, but. I making commissions, or request with free. With no payment, because I don't have it?
And also I am poor art, even my art skills is good.
