Commission Terms of Service
I. General
My works are not to be used by you for commercial purposes, or by any means in AI training or AI-generated works.
I maintain the right to alter or change these terms of service at any time. Changes made will not retroactively apply to agreements made over previous iterations of the terms.
I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason without explanation.
Finished stories will be published publicly, unless you ask otherwise. If you would prefer, the story will remain private. The relevant websites will be discussed, but will likely include some combination of Archive of Our Own, Inkbunny, FurAffinity, and SoFurry.
I will include your relevant name/nickname on public stories as the commissioner, unless you ask otherwise. If you would prefer, you may remain anonymous.
You are allowed to post your own copy of the story to relevant furry websites, as long as you include attribution to me and a link to my profile (@ottersintrousers on IB, FA, SF, and AO3)
You retain rights to any characters that you own used in any stories I write for you.
II. Payment
Payment is to be made in advance. I will not begin work on a commission until payment has been received.
Payment will be made through Paypal. In extenuating circumstances, I may choose to accept other payment processing services, such as Square or Stripe.
I will send a link to your invoice through the same PM thread we use to discuss your commission.
III. Refunds
I do not offer refunds on completed stories.
If I have not yet begun work on a story and you request a refund, I will refund the full amount, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
If I have already begun work on a story and you request a refund, I will refund an amount equal to the remaining unfinished story, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
IV. Timeline
Stories will be completed within two months of receipt of payment. If for any reason I expect a story to take longer than that, I will notify you.
V. I WILL write:
Any topics covered by my other works. These topics include, but are not limited to, the following.
Anthro
Animal genitalia (or not)
Incest (or not)
Cub (or not)
Participants of any gender, with any configuration of genitals
VI. I will NOT write:
Humans
Non-sapient creatures
Racism
Queerphobia
Rape
Death or Gore
Cruelty, Abuse, Harm, Torture, Mutilation, or other similar topics
Vore
Babyfur/Toddlerfur
Scat or Diapers
VII. Prices
Stories will be 16$ USD per 1000 words.

VIII. Ordering A Commission
If you are interested, please comment below or contact me via private message. I suggest using the subject line, "2025 March Commission". In the private message, please include your basic idea(s) for scenes, characters, and/or topics to be involved.
If I choose to work for you, I will ask for additional information:
a) If you would like to be anonymous, or the account name(s), if any, you would like me to link in the description of the finished story. If this is different for each website (FurAffinity, SoFurry, Ao3, InkBunny) note each.
b) Character references and additional necessary materials. Include their behaviors, preferences, manner of speaking, etc for best effect. Ensure this does not include any refused topics.
c) Further discussion and clarification of the idea.
When we are both satisfied with the idea, and an estimated word count is arrived at, I will send a final "This is the idea I will be writing about, is this correct" message.
When you agree to it, I will send you an invoice.
When you have paid the invoice, I will begin work.
