Baraag is again down due to data storage provider rejecting us (vent)

And I'm again scared over it. These things always make me paranoid that the site is gone forever as a place without art harassers.
It's hard for me to be positive in general specially when I was having a shitty day and it feels like punishment from a superior force over me not doing something I was going to do tomorrow.
Why does it always happen at night where I always need to be relaxed the most?
I guess I still have Aethy and Bluesky but it's not the same. I can post furry here but I don't know where to post interspecies art.
I really hope we didn't lose the site this time, it was so sudden and without a warning.

i hate that these things keep happening...

could potentially use a telegram channel, but that doesn't have the accessibility and reach that baraag does. Hopefully this is temporary. i don't remember if they have a subscribestar but i'll have to get on that if/when they come back

sorry it's tanked your mood; it really does suck.

It's mostly where my main fans are, including my commissioners (in case I open commissions again... I was even thinking about it).
I'm mostly sad and paranoid that it's my fault for being horny on main for once (intrusive thoughts).
I just want to sleep today.
If they get back it will get them to get donations.

nothing wrong with be horny on main! it's not your fault~

but it's just so devastating to have a community ripped away...

A lot of furry artists have telegram channels for their art. i do that as well. but it also takes a lot of time to build up a following

I think it takes a lot of time to build a new account in general. I was there since the site started practically.
I'm trying to not think too much about it, but it's hard to find inspiration to draw right now, specially because I had a community there and I miss talking and stuff

however as a fellow baraag poster, this makes me sad :(

i do know baraag sometimes goes down, was there an announcement or anything i missed?

I guess but I always feel like there are only four people online on Aethy every time. Also Aethy was experiencing hostile troubles lately too. But I guess it's the best option.

The official account told us on Twitter what happened to the data provider (it basically went away without a warning) and now there's the thing trying to find a new one and that will be hard as fuck probably knowing how censorship is going rampant and companies being pressured by banks to avoid certain content

The last sentence is very annoying, but still I am sure that baraag will get up and everything will be as before.

I suspect it was caused by a sudden influx of users trying to enter at the same time after 10 days without porn, I genuinely don't want to believe the server provider or the host ran away again or we had an anti attack this fast. I'm a bit fed up right now so I'm sticking to Aethy for a while till everything is normal
