I say ditto on what difl, JoshuaCampbell12345, and NekoTime069 have to say. I think it is because of the dang rules on that sort of thing and no one wants to arrested for indecent exposure, much less become a sex offender. All that PC crap can be such a headache, sometimes. Not to mention that those in relationships don't want to get punished by their significant other if they were caught rubbernecking at a lady with their headlights out in the open.
