So, i have neglected to give some important information about the former friend who has since turned on me over what i write.
They found out because a different friend was speculating why my Discord account got banned, despite the fact that I have been rather open about my IP having been compromised by a hacked account, which led to my account being banned when the hacked one was banned from mutual servers.
They consider fictional porn to be the same as the irl deal, ie, fictional rape = rape, fictional incest = incest, and of course, fictional cub content = real CP. Yet they do not consider war crimes and terrorism in video games to equal real war crimes and terrorist attacks.
They have my irl home address. Yep, you heard me, they are the same friend who bought my replacement laptop charging cable earlier this year, and as such, have access to my current home address.
They have been hellbent on finding every court case they can to try to prove to a close friend of mine that writing Fictional Cub content is a Felony here in America. Having consulted a lawyer, it's not, since such laws appear to only apply towards fictional HUMAN characters anyways.
And lastly, even though it is technically legal, they made it clear they do not care about the legality, they seem to think my only options should be either therapy or 30-40 or so years in federal prison.
I am not disclosing who they are as of now for their safety, but if they try to escalate things further I might. It is currently a stalemate though, as i have long since cut contact with them (back on the 15th of this month specifically), i just worry about them still for these listed reasons, and fear waking up to federal cops banging on my door over literal fucking fiction
