As the title says, my roommate wants to commission people, but most people use Paypal for that, and he can't really use it for himself for that kind of thing. If you guys know of any artists out there that don't use Paypal that have decent prices he can check out, please let us know. Thanks. Artist must be willing to do gay art with adult male characters, no cub/underage stuff.
