I went into work today and before clocking in elberta a 2nd in charge manager began ripping a new one for not doing a change order right. At first I got what she was saying but she was saying so in a very rude tone. Then she said now I have to go tge freaking bank to fix this mistake because of you! I retorted and said you want me to go? She said no ill go, but she didn't stop there, and said your also late. I yelled back oh only five minutes late the world is gonna end. Listen I don't care if your above me but you better check that ego of yours at the door and never talk to me in that tone again. The only reason your 2nd in command is because your shown alot of favoritism by tge new gm. if not for that, you would be no where close. Another thing, be careful whom your talking to because I won't tolerate your disrespectful attitude. She looked at me stunned that I responded to her in kind.
I'm not done yet. I reported that bitch to the gm and threatened to have her talked to by the supervisor if she ever did that shit again. The gm talked to her before she left and she didn't even look at me before leaving the work place. If that had been a male talking to me like that I would have beat the fuck out of him. I will not be talked to like that like I'm someone's bitch. So if she so much as looks at me tge wrong way I'll push for a 2 week suspension minimum. This was me on the nice side. That bitch doesn't wasn't to find out about how mad I can really get.
I also told this to a co worker friend and they agreed with me. They had absolutely no right to talk to me in that fashion. I told her if that little girl ever talks like that again to me I will make her very afraid of me and she will learn her place.
