Back again with a fresh new year and here to announce that commissions are once again OPEN.
However, there will be some changes going forward -- firstly, I'm going to be limiting the amount I take per month. This is purely to keep from swamping myself with work, which I'm prone to do unfortunately. Right now I'm hovering around accepting 10 slots per month, but this is subject to change and doesn't mean I'll bar you from getting commissions, I may just have to set your commission for a later time. Again, this is subject to change. I'm trying to figure out what works for me while also being fair.
Second and most importantly are my prices are changing. As the title of this journal implies, I have to keep up with inflation. Unfortunately, my prices just aren't cutting it with how bad it's gotten. I need to increase them to make commission work profitable to me, but I still want to keep myself affordable as best I can -- so moving forward, these will be my new prices:
Sketch - $40
Inked - $50
Flat Color - $60
Full Color - $80
Additional Characters, Backgrounds and/or Alts - $20+ (each)
Payment will need to be upfront. You can note me here or constant me on my Discord at skeletalboydecoy for a commission. Either is fine, but Discord is a much easier form of contact for these. I'm willing to work with payments, so if you need to do things like half upfront and half later, or go for a lower tier and then upgrade to a higher tier later, these are all acceptable! Lastly, if you have come to me about a commission prior to the writing of this journal I will honor my original prices, but going forward these will be my new prices.
I'm just getting things started for this year so I'll update later on available slots so just bare with me. I don't want to break anyone in the bank and I'm willing to work with anyone, but I also need to make a living so I hope you all understand these changes and if not well... I'll work on things till we're all happy here!
