-make my first porn animation with voice acting (SUCCESS) barely made it through but i did it, hired actors and all. its crazy, i always felt that voiced animation was an unreachable golden standard, it never even occured me that i too could hire people.
-finish at least two new short games for itchio (SORTA?) got pretty close. got one released and another fairly deep into development on my substar, which i had to halt to work on the animation. will post next year.
-fix my commission turnover rate (FAIL) still taking days or weeks to finish commissions, it's not good.
-stop drinking soda (SUCCESS) hell yeah i did it B)
