i can name some good ones i know take commissions but i can't tell you if they're *currently* taking any peony, fuf, sicmop, aogami, kokopupps, hellcatillustrations, sourbugs all come to mind off the top of my head. i don't know what exactly you're looking for but im fond of all of their styles, myself :)
