The judge gave us 27 seconds... not even an entire minute. They are planning on deportation, and we have until January 9th to convince the court not to proceed. They wouldn't even hear our attorney's other arguments or consider our open requests. So... We have 3 weeks to try to get a whole lot done, and to be honest we are close to running out of funding to do it with. I really do hate asking for more, especially after so many have already donated so much, but we are going to need the support for us to be able to continue. Being deported to Venezuela right now is a death sentence, and the alternative is remaining in an ICE Detention Center indefinitely.
