Specifically ones that allow me to download mp4s at 1080p for free. Any language as long as it's easy to understand and use
All the ones I've used stopped working one by one and now I'm left with using yt-dlp (which for those who don't know, uses the command prompt instead of an easy interface. And I can't even get the HD version of the videos with it)
I don't use websites to download videos. I only use programs. And for me, I use the programm "4k Video Downloader+". This one allows me to download videos in any quality I want (including 1080p, 1440p and 2160p) and in every codec (h264, vp9 or av1). And it support many sites like Twitch, TikTok and so on.

I have only 10 downloads available daily, which shouldn't be a problem since I learned to save less than 30 videos weekly. And I can't seem to find how to download from Twitch/TikTok so that's probably a paid feature too.

Just copy the URL to your clipboard and click in the program the "Past link" button (or whatever it's called in English; I use the program in German). The program should now extract the video from the URL.
