This kinda thing reminds me of MySpace lol anyways what i wanted to say here is i had to go to urgent care last Tuesday because my left knee gave out and i couldn't walk for a day and eventually had to use a Cane for a few days which for a guy in his 30s kind felt strange , I was told it was from one of my tendons being weak on account of a genetic disorder i have called klienfelters syndrome which has some of the same traits as high functioning autism (which i also have) and some physical things like life long low muscle tone and from what i was told i cant do much to fix it i may eventually have to get my knee replaced my father told me both my sisters and him had knees problems since they were 12 so i suppose i am lucky to have not had anything happen until last October when they gave out for the first time when i was helping a friend work on his truck, im just not sure what to think about all this i was going to get a job in the automotive field as i am currently unemployed and working with a job coach to try and find a job ive been unemployed since march 2020 and now i have to reverse course because of my knee and the fact i am told these knee issues will be life long does this mean ill have to work at like a help desk and say "have you tried turning it off and on again" or "Have you Tried updating your windows?" no offense to any IT people (im engaged to a SYS Admin lol) just never saw myself as someone who would have to sit at a desk all day.
