Does anyone know how to animate Telegram stickers?

I wanna try my own animated pack but idk how to animate: What software to use

I used a converter I found online to change any anims into a workable format, I found it kinda difficult but there might be easier ways, I dont recommend doing it the way I tried. More frustration than was worth.

okay okaay thanks. I know a friend got animated stickers from his png stickers that he got before so i wanted smth like that
