My main OC Aeylin and myself have a birthday in December, the busiest and for some most stressful time of the year.
I like holidays, and birthdays.. to a certain extend. It's not so much the concept or thing itself but the aftermath in my body and mind. It's incredibly draining/taxing and I'm an introverted neurodivergent although most would be surprised to hear that at first.
Regardless, I've learned to tone down my people pleasing and needed to take a lot of rest over the last few years but I'm slowly getting back to a point of socializing somewhere (in between) what I used to do and what I have been these last few years.
I'm not really sure where I'm going with this journal but at least it feels correct to do so. I'm grateful for each and every person I've met on this platform. Inkbunny has been my first real "community" to feel and be a part off, especially on the internet. Some people I've interacted with over the years felt like true friends.
Some have come and gone. Most have the occasional pop in and out of 'life'. And it feels just natural to me. I often have these people or thoughts on my mind, but it's a different step entirely for going out and sending a message, hanging out, or finding a time and place/thing to do together.
Regardless, To anyone that's ever left a comment, a fave, or send PM's. I've seen them all, and I appreciate them all, I've responded to approx 90-95% of them. Or at the very least payed attention to them 100%.
I like Inkbunny. There are people from various backgrounds, various interests but a very common thing overall (at least those that truly align with inkbunny).
We share an interest in animals/furry's/smut and are tolerant to different interests/opinions/kinks/fetishes. Especially since we have the ability to (block/ignore) things that we dislike without needing to leave angry/negative comments, or have it pop up in our feeds.
So thank YOU, and inkbunny for being a part of the past decade. On a sadder note, the past decade has been conflicting for me outside of inkbunny. But I'm glad to had it be a part of it regardless.
To leave on a bright note, there are 2 commissioned story's AND a secret Santa story to be uploaded this month (fingers crossed life doesn't get in the way).
Anyway, wish me/aeylin a happy birthday/aniversery? On to another decade!
