Shotacon isn't even illegal. Contrary to what Twitter freaks whose only source is OutdatedLaws.com like to screech, lolicon and shotacon are inactionable material in most places because there's literally no victim and it can't be mistaken for material involving real kids.

Same goes for shotacon in general, really, and lolicon, and even just stuff involving any characters whose arbitrary age number is below 18. People love to put on a big show of being against it, especially lolis, only to turn out to be very much into it themselves. When they aren't turning out to be hiding the biggest fuckin' skeletons in their closets and outed as actual predators, of course.
