Can't figure out what's wrong with my laptop

Don't suppose any of yall got any idea what could cause a laptops inputs to suddenly get screwy?

Like when I press the delete key it opens the start menu, space and enter do nothing, t seems to be acting like tab, s opens the windows search function, d seems to minimize/restore all windows, f opens feedback hub, k seems to open a search menu for wireless devices on a sidebar which I didn't even know was a thing, l takes me to the switch user screen, yuiopzxcvbnm all seem to function normally.

It's basically made my laptop unusable till i figure out how to fix this. I've tried the obvious things of restarting, scanning for viruses, and checking for keyboard driver updates and a friend said the behavior is like when you hold the window key and press those buttons so they thought perhaps my windows key was stuck or dirty but taking the key off and cleaning the area didn't help. So I'm back at to having no clue what's wrong or how to fix it T.T

Did a run down and tested things out and this appears to be what everything's doin, minus tab since I have no idea how to describe what it's doin-
Up and down toggle window size.
Left and right roggle windows position.
Enter, backspace, space, window, escape, j, z(though in art programs i can still ctrl+z to undo), 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, do nothing.
Delete opens windows/start menu.
T cycles through which window is selected on the taskbar.
A opens what appears to be an app sidebar with the things you typically see on a phones top menu.
S opens windows search bar.
D minimizes/restores all windows.
F opens feedback hub.
G opens game hub.
H appears to toggle voice to text.
K opens a sidebar that appears to search for nearby wireless devices.
L goes to the user login screen, as if I'd said to switch users instead of logging out.
X appears to open a device menu I don't recognize.
C opens cortana.
V opens clipboard history.
B highlights the 'show hidden icons' arrow on the taskbar.
M minimizes all windows.
1 selects/minimizes/restores the 1st window.
2 same as 1 but for the 2nd window.
+- magnifies/shrings the zoom on the screen.

still no idea what happened but its semi-fixed?

basically i changed my keyboards language to something else and back, since that supposedly hard resets the keyboards key settings, and when i restarted my laptop everything works again.

thought if i press f sometimes it rebreaks, though not everytime, and pressing the windows key does nothing yet the other windows key functions like windows+r to open that one search thing sometimes works : /
