June 28, 1962 - October 28, 2024 Friend, Roommate, Confidant, Asshole, and Kindred Soul.
It is hard to write this, many of my friends have already written something about his passing. We have been collaborators and friends for 12 years, roommates for 10. He was like an Uncle or even second father to my children.
He was old, opinionated, wise, arrogant, caring, an asshole, and the friend you wanted by your side. He was a writer, thinker, collaborator, sounding board, idea fountain, and the one to call you out when you are taking your characters off their rails.
I have worked and written so much with him over the years. I know we have not posted a lot of new stuff recently, but we were always talking about ideas and where we wanted things to go with our characters and stories. And Where our characters and stories would go without our consent.

We were there for each other during a vary hard time in our lives. at time I fear that I would not be here today if he were not there with me then.
I don't know what life is going to be like without him bellowing his meal time call through the house. Ands it scares me. I will miss my friend, and I will lean on those who are still here even more. We will move forward in life, and remember our friend.
"FOOOOOOOD!" Just one of the many things that will never be forgotten. The afternoons and nights playing D&D and hearing him yelling that. He's made and blessed us all with lots of good memories, helped us all through bad times.
