Hi, how's it going?

Well for you, I hope!

I have no idea what the best way to announce updates to my game is, you know, to keep up engagement and all that. It feels spammy to just throw out a new post whenever I do upload a new version, so I'm just gonna keep it the way I have been doing, with editing the post whenever I do update, then making a new post whenever enough changes have happened. That seems to kinda work, but eh.

In other news, I'm not currently taking commissions, (though I could use the money), unfortunately RL is gonna be busy for the next few months and I can't guarantee I'll have time to work on anything, even my own personal projects. So I don't want to take yours if I can't deliver in a timely manner, I'm honestly not certain what a timely manner looks like or what is expected... I just know that my own preference is to have it done ASAP, else ADHD puts it on the backburner where it'll boil over for ever, or at least until I get the brain worms wrangled enough to work on it.

Anyway, as always, feel free to comment or send me a note if there's something you like, want to see, or if you just wanna chat. I do have a discord, but I would appreciate a heads up through notes or something before you message me there.

Bye for now, have a spoopy Halloweeny!

If you update your game with a new scene, you can make a new post to stay visible I think ^^

Also put "CYOA" or "TEXT GAME" or something on the thumbnail, as horndog doomscrollers are possibly only seeing that and not the name of the upload in smaller text (especially phone browsing)

Yeah, I know I can put a new post every time I update, but when I first started, I was doing 1-2 updates a week just breaking stuff out into paths and occasionally adding new stuff. And throwing a new post 1-2 times a week seemed like it'd be spammy and obnoxious so I was waiting to hit a point I was done-done with the initial story to game conversion before making a new one.

And I've been meaning to update the thumbnail. Just been kinda lazy about it. So, thanks! This gave my brain the push I needed to go ahead and make one.
