So, I read the new FurAffinity update, and let's just say I'm less than impressed.
To wit:
-Age Regression, as a kink, is now pretty much explicitly banned, because age regressed characters are deemed 'minors'. The issue is that they've left vague what counts as 'mental age regression' and/or 'having the mind of a child'-- does someone in littlespace at all count? If so, congrats, you've just banned the entire AB half of ABDL. What about any hypnosis at all when it comes to ABDL-- does being hypnotized into wetting your diapers count as age regression?
-Wet or Messy Diapers, as well as diaper changes, wetting/messing itself, and anything involving the potty, are also deemed "sexual", in any context, when minors are involved. Minors, of course, include everything from actual cubs, to age-regressed characters (both mental AND physical), to literally anyone that LOOKS like a cub (so, GrimmGrey's art would get doinked, as even though they're actual adults the chibi proportions mean they "look like cubs")
-As an aside, they also banned age regression via unbirth, fun!
-And finally, they've decided to ban any minors being on any art at all that's rated above General. Realizing that there's about a billion pieces of art that's been "up-rated" in order to hide it from actual minors, they've added a handy new feature that allows you to explicitly hide your entire account from minors! Whoop de doo.
This has got to stop tbh, this is still going too far. The exodus from FurAffinity is not stopping tbh
