To Redraw A Skunk

I have found my more recent drawings of Lori to be unsettling. As such, I'll be redrawing at least one of them with a more cartoonish design, more inspired by the early works of Eric W. Schwartz than my failed attempt at replicating the style of Jim Hardiman.

On the plus side, this does mean I'll probably draw a new pfp, and probably a new strip. Let's just say I tend to come up with new ideas rather quickly - so long as I think of something smutty at work.

Aww don't give up on Hardiman's art just yet! There's very little of it. You're barely going only two drawings

You misunderstand, I'm not giving up on his art, I'm giving up on replicating his style. I'm redrawing the doodles I made to better reflect my current style - however different that style is to the original pieces. You'll see what I mean when I upload my next Lori doodle

The only way to get better is to keep reaching for the stars. I know you can do it. just see it as an opportunity to give yourself something to improve on and you will make it as you art more.

Thanks, I've always had large amounts of ambition - which can be a double edged sword sometimes, but I have been getting closer to where I want to be - which only encourages me further. My prowess will develop at it's own pace, and, like life itself, will ebb and flow like a river. Sure you can divert the stream, but you'll need to figure out how to build a dam first.

I imagine some artists have Ed, Edd, and Eddy style adventures in their mind in trying to get some art done. Or at least that's what I tell myself when its been a few weeks/months since some one updated. They finally got those Jawbreakers. :D

Oh trust me, it's not a simple process for me to come up with random jokes. Most of them are either spins on jokes I've seen on TV/DVD ("How much Lego can you stuff up your bum?", for example), are cheap sexual puns (Norma Pussy, for example), or riffs on games/trailers I've seen/played (Charlotte's speech, for example).

I don't plan on redrawing my previous strips until I've finally drawn a new pfp, but I do plan on making more strips - once I've finished a few things.
