personally I'm not into feral on feral, so the first thing that comes to my mind is Lopunny, which is probably a generic answer when someone asks about a pokemon and probably not an answer you were hoping for. Other than that, I really liked ECmajor's Clammy design. She's the only feral that I can think of, from the top of my head, although it's a very specific fetishes driven character, so keep that in mind before looking it up. ^^
