Change of plans

by
As you may have heard on the recent news, Twitter has been blocked on the entire country of Brazil - where i live.

It may sound incredible, since usually nothing happens, but this time things went differently.

The platform was indeed blocked, and it's effects were felt since early this Saturday by its former users. On mobile, the feed simply won't load, while on browser it simply leads to a broken link (a warning telling it's not possible to access the website)

Could VPN be used to circumvent the nationwide block? Yes.

But it's usage to access Twitter will be heavily fined at around $9k daily, which is simply unviable. So in a way, i'm basically banned from that platform indefinitely.

This way, i come here once again to announce i won't be deleting my Inkbunny page anymore, at least for the time being.

Appreciate both the people who respected my decision to go and also the ones that told me to leave it be.

More updates soon

Thank you!

Indeed, the VPN fining was as controversial of a decision than the blocking itself. This will probably change eventually to a lesser absurd fine, but it'll probably be unviable to pay regardless xd
