Most of y'all probably know this, but as a big wolf my job is primarily a writer and game designer. It has it's merits, don't get me wrong. I like being able to work from home! But lately it's really left me wanting to write something for myself. Something fun and with no expectations beyond that.
I don't think I'm willing to write cub stuff. Right now that private and for friends only. Still kinda shy and apprehensive about who I let see this part of me. But, I do want to write an anthology of semicomedic mystery stories centered around a defense attorney's office in a fantasy realm. I wanna do something with big characters and over the top reveals.
As such, I've really been looking at the ace attorney games as sort of a touch stones and really want to take notes on how it structures stories. I got the first collection, but now I need to get the rest. Bit by bit.
