I have some unfortunate news: my X account was frozen on August 9.
I immediately filed an objection, but received only a clerical response stating that X reserves the right to freeze it permanently, leaving no room for discussion.
I dont think elon will brake into home but would probably permanently banned you on every account you tried to make, but i digress if they are suspending you cause of your art. But who knows, there not fans of the young work heh.

What's worked for a few people I know - attempt another appeal after a week, but state that you feel your freedom of speech is being violated by this ban. X is very understaffed and very secretive with how they handle moderation, one theory is that they automatically ignore all appeals unless they mention certain keywords

Think about that lawsuit for a moment. Musk is Suing a group of companies, who collectively came to the same conclusion that they don't want to market to violent, and extreme viewers, with the potential that their ads will end up next to Pro-hate ads.

Well, to be fair, they ARE all 'in cahoots,' the 'coalition' is in essence, an advertising company with several clients (the individual advertisers). so the 'agent' chose not to renew the contract, which meant that all the clients the agent represented were no longer advertising.

I agree with your viewpoint. Generally companies take action to minimize risk and maximize profit. The content we like is high risk for the companies, so they have no choice but to eliminate it. Still, X is a fascinating place to be a participant. I want to make good use of that place to make my work known to as many people as possible.

Let me guess: You posted artwork considered heretical by American ISIS? Since that's what Elon Musk's precious "freedom of speech" still sums up to on Twitter / X, although even authoritarian nuthouses like Furaffinity at least tell you the post / submission you were banned for instead of directly stating "because we can do whatever we want" (even if that's obviously thinking it). Those people don't deserve to have electricity let alone getting to run an important platform on the internet.

Unfortunately, X responded only that "we have the right to freeze your account permanently". Of course, I will file a motion and clarify the specific reason for the freeze in near future .
And I have abserved that many accounts are in a state of posting loli/shota uncensored works. Perhaps the need for a freeze is being determined on various algorithms. In such a sort of chaotic situation, I will just calmly assess the situation and carry out my objective.

I can't imagine how horrible a platform must be to openly say "we can ban you whenever we feel like it for literally no reason and don't even have to tell you why": How does anyone consider such a place reliable?! In a sane world barely anyone would be using it... just like Furaffinity, a lot of important people refuse to move elsewhere so the rest of us must stay because it's hard to find them elsewhere.

Kinda brought it upon myself from what I remember, but it was such a toxic place that I literally didn't care, and from what you and others describe it remains just as toxic if not somehow even worse these days.

I don’t know if you’ll agree, try having your X account private. I think it’ll less likely get frozen. It can once in a while or completely private. Since you advertised it here they just need to send a follow request instead of everyone having to look.
Only problem though people cant retweet your tweets when you’re private.

Thank you for your advise. Private account has tried previsouly but banned without any notice....so I cannot trust X admin. And I already turn on chekbox of sensitive media even no sensitve works.
