Someone mass reported to DNS and now it's fully deleted. That's all I've seen so far.

Even if baraag gets restored this needs to become a trend, rather than us waiting around and hoping for the best.

The host is still up. Worst case scenario they just get a different domain name. Will suck for all the broken links it will cause but as long as the server itself is up nothing is lost.

oy, that's not going to be fun. One of my commissioners says he can access the site ATM, but I'm still getting nothing *shrugs*.

BTW, any sites yall know of that are good for linking posts? i have several human pieces in the works and would like to be able to link them with something besides just my subscribstar and baraag.

It completely depends on if they can get the domain name back or not. If the domain name registrar they used decides to ignore the appeal and just hold the domain name permanently they will have to just buy a new domain name from a different provider.

Hopefully they'll get a new domain or manage to appeal the strike but it'll fucking suck if the site's forced to shut down because of this.

"	Apparently editing your hosts file works for some people, but it didn't really work for me.

It will work. If it isn't working it just means your DNS is just cached. If you are on chrome you could try using chrome://net-internals/#dns and click the "Clear host cache". If that doesn't work you can probably reboot your computer.

I just spent the past 5 hours backing up all my favorited images from the site in case the owner for whatever reason decides to throw in the towel over this. The site is currently still up.

One of the tweets in the reply to the twitter announcement says

"	Looks to me like a bigger issue. From Switzerland, the domain redirects to some government page claiming the site would share CSM content. Therefore it was not a complaint to the registrar but was a government action against Baraag.

They're migrating to a new host because the current one was reported. They managed to appeal and got a little more time in the original host but already started migrating to a new one

Pretty sure they make backups of all content regularly so as long as said backups are unaffected all the content should still be intact
