I'm still reuploading a lot of my work, and man it's taking quite a while, I'm not used to inkbunny yet, I may have browsed the site for some time, but I've never uploaded anything before. Although I'm getting the hang of things.

I get the feeling. Hard to get all those watchers back. It will take time. It sucks having to start all the way at the bottom though.

We're pleased to have you here (or, at least, I am). Unfortunately I figured things like this were only a matter of time, given how FA has been going.

I saw that on FA you intimated concern over your business and income. While FA's shenanigans suck, it might be worth looking at this as an opportunity to broaden your reach and improve your financial and artistic security by not being beholden to a single moderation team. Nowhere is completely 'safe' anymore, so if possible I would consider spreading yourself out across as many platforms as you can. Itaku.ee has content rules similar to 'old' FA (circa before-they-went-nuts), cubhub.social is a babyfur-focused Mastodon instance that doesn't allow nsfw cub (which I figure might be more to your preference), and lots of artists are now using Telegram's channels feature to share art.

If and as you progress on your multiplatform journey, you will likely https://www.postybirb.com/ to be a useful tool. It makes posting across multiple platforms as easy or even easier than posting to just one. Something like https://linktr.ee/ (or one of its many, many competitors) can also help people find you across different platforms.

I'm glad you at least made the hop over here. IB's moderation is the best in the business. I was frustrated to see you suspended on FA, and hope you eventually settle in well here and manage to get your archive back together. I particularly miss some of your, er, messier art.

well, I assure you I'll be getting all of that messy art stuff back up, and now that I can include multiple pictures into one submission, I've also include a bunch of messy alts I never posted on FA

Its good to see you come here. Its too bad that this massive coalition of anti-intellectuals is coming for artists that like to express various forms of artistic flavor. Art is expression, not reality. Folks tend to forget of the simple rule. If they don't like it? They can simply filter, or ignore it altogether and move onto the next piece. The idea that art has to cater towards every audience is quite pathetic. If you study the history of art, there are very lewd depictions, and even horrific depictions of various event that transpired. We revere these pieces because they were an expression of what the artist felt, witnessed, endeavored, survived and what they wanted to show the world.

Don't ever believe in the self-defeating narrative that you should only draw what authority figures want. These authority figures are controlling, manipulative, and are anti-art. They only want to control what you draw. You draw what you love, you draw what expresses and makes you feel something. Keep going Yip!
