You can go all retro and do MUDs. All text, no pictures. I'm on Tapestries, no worries about cub there, and I hear Penultimate should be worth looking at as well.
Humans are not what bothers me about F-List, I swing both ways on that, but it's so hard to find _good_ players there. And when I do find one who can write English, it turns out our kinks don't really match after all. Though it was even worse in the naughties where you'd get people on Skype just going "<girl> moans" for half an hour and then they'd poof once they'd cum.
If I thought people would come, I'd set up an IRC server.

Bunch of low effort roleplays, constant poofing as soon as they cum, lots of hoomanz looking for other hoomanz only, the search engine not being able to filter out people with certain kinks or characteristics, LOTS of people on 24/7 that never respond because they're not actually paying attention to the site, etc...
Might as well work on opening up my own service, see how that works out.
