I'm gonna attempt to put up a price list and open myself to commissions. I am setting my prices, as below with some rules. The quality of my work is still rough, but I'm happy to work with you to refine it. A full picture can take 1-2 weeks depending on complexity. Shorter if simple. Payment up front, but I am happy to work in stages.
