I really like how you've taken time to simplify things so that even the non-techy folks can get one without having to ask for help. I also like how you include that while your characters can be requested, you retain creative control and that more money will not make you change your mind. I know you've been drawing for ages but more artists really do need to make clear that it's their OC's and if it doesn't fit and you don't want to draw it, then it's not happening.
I also like how you pick at random, so that everyone has a chance and not just the patrons who had crazy money to throw at artists. For some people, this may be the only picture they get in a year or ever.
