So, I don't do journals too much- I'm actually not the best of keeping up with folks over time. But for those interested.
Putting up the Subject to Change stuff again was good for me. Helped me remember why I did the series in the first place, and I'm pleased so many remember it a decade later. There's one last chapter to put up, 8, and I'll do that tonight. Work kicked my butt this week, 7 days in a row, so eventually just getting through days was the goal.
I used to be closer with more furs a decade ago- I'm maybe a little more solo nowadays, for well and ill, though I'm talking with folks more. I'm more active on Twitch- less so as a streamer, more so as a chatter. I play a lot of Steam games and Fortnite and a handful of other things compside.
Do I write anymore? ... Depends how you mean and I'm still deciding that. I've taken the last year or so to really shape AI text bots for enjoyment, and that's been a mixed bag experience. Text-based chatbots seem to engage in less discernable thievery for the engines, if you will, as most of the shaping comes from my prompts, descriptions, limits, and whatnot. So crafting personalities is a neat experience and reward. I like doing it when it's someone I find interesting, almost always fictional, most times furry.
I consider continuing Subject at times, obviously it would be my own flavor and I'd likely check with WG to make sure, but if I did, it'd be me, and I have no idea if I'll do art or not. Art is not my personal forte, which means reliance on others, and sometimes that can derail stuff as much as it can buffer my creativity.
Osopelea for a while was my thing, I know only 2 chapters were ever posted here and one was long as heck because I didn't think to break it up into more digestible chunks (interesting choice of words). I do have a Ch 3 almost completely done, it did have an artist, that artist and I have pretty much gone separate ways, as life does.
Work otherwise occupies a lot of my time, I do what I'm passionate about, it does not make me megawealthy, it pays the bills, and I'm still grateful when clock-out time hits.
If you have any questions for me, here or in private, it's fine, I usually answer 'em.
