Anyway sooo yeeeah, been a little over a month since my last post, been hella busy helping my parents look for a new house. Mom wants to move- so we're moving. She wants to move away from all our modern commodities to live out in the boonies like she did growing up because she thinks it will "heal her", not that'll take 2 hours to get to the closest doctor/hospital now but oh well. Good news is I like the house! Bad news is the town- yes, TOWN we're moving to has all of one McDonald, one Walgreens, and one Huddle house, that is the closest I'm getting to Modern as I can get in a farming community that has a single ma and pa general store, one post office with a walking mailman and a dry cleaners with one of THOSE signs still in the window.. thankfully that last bit is the only one.
Yes I'm bitching but it gets better and here is the only part that makes me giggle about it. She still wants Internet and Cable- the closest internet provider is roughly 50 miles away but she isn't accepting it and thinks they'll make an exception for her since she grew up in this town back when Moses walked the earth. I'm feeling spicy, sorry. XD
OKAY! Rant out of the way, honestly I do like the house, my room is a bit further back than the rest, even has it's own door in and out which is nice that's still under the wrap around patio, gonna screen it off so my cats can hang out outside with me. Got my own bathroom so I'm not having to walk through the house in the middle of the night neither. OH! And it's like half the room is windows that look out into the backyard. It's gorgeous- the windows, not the backyard.. not yet at least. I have plans for that! Big backyard by the way- well long. We plan on putting up a privacy fence and I'm converting a small building at the back of the property into a studio for me and my older sister to work on-... well I guess anything we want really.
Thank god a main interstate runs right next to the town so I can at least get a job in the next city over, not enjoying the idea of a 50 mile trek every morning but fuck it, whatever, a job is a job and if it pays well then great. The move is in mid to late April so I'm getting nervous and excited.

Sooo gonna try to wrap this up now, vent(?) over and general updates aside things are looking just a bit brighter for once and I hope it stays that way. Honestly my next post will probably be right before or right after the move. Till then, See you Space Cowboy
Edit: OH! Actually quick other good news I suppose, forgot about it. So my dad is absolutely the best person ever. At this moment I do not have a job and I have to pay for a car and phone still and was paying rent- well since he asked me to quit my job for this upcoming move he's been paying me about half of what I made a month which honestly is pretty sweet when you also add to the fact that he's not charging me rent anymore either. I'm working at home taking care of my mom and doing the house chores and cooking which allows him to stay at work longer so he's paying me enough to pay those bills at get a nice little nest egg for when we move so I can have something to put into my new room. Can't say he's perfect.. but I can say he's the best dad in my eyes. QQ
