Hey everyone! Been a while since I've got a lot of thinking being done in terms of plans of future content: that being commissions from certain artists going forward. I've got a lot to talk about, majority of it being towards what my plans are for 2024 and beyond, so strap in and be prepared to grasp in all the details
First off, it's about my 2023 event: The Year of Amy Rose 2023. For those that don't know, it was where I honor my favorite Sonic girl character 'Amy Rose' by having her be featured in drawings I commission bbmbbf, in certain situations with the respective characters that are featured monthly on Sonic Channel for 2023. But it was also an event where fans could participate by tagging submissions relating to Amy, and even though I didn't have much participants, I'm still thankful for those that chose to participate. There were definitely some neat drawings and fanfics for sure. Well the event is now officially closed, and the final one from me will be posted usual around the 15th of this month when the next set of bbmbbf drawings get released. I will say, what is ironic about this event is that it was mainly to celebrate my favorite Sonic girl character, but this was also the year where we celebrate 30 years of Amy coming into the series, from her debut in 'Sonic the Hedgehog CD' back in 1993, she definitely stood her ground on making an impact within the Sonic fandom, and for that I'm very grateful that we were able to have her as an official character in the Sonic series ^^
While it was a fun event to host, I'm not gonna continue it for future years. The amount of drawings I commissioned bbmbbf, especially the ones relating to Amy took a toll out of my budget, and I'm probably not gonna consider doing something like this again. That being said, there is a new event I'm doing that'll use less of my budget, there won't be any fan participation sadly, this is more of me wanting to let out my desires for this one-year deal
For 2024, each month I'm gonna showcase 12 unique Sonic girls in a type of model show, where they show off their bodies on a fancy stage, and I'll be aiming to have each of them with a unique expression for the audience, whether they be major or minor differences. Another reason is to bring out my panty fetish that I think you guys have an idea of when you look at my page XD. These 12 Sonic girls are most prominent, as 8 of them are main characters featured on the main Sonic series article on the Sonic wiki, and 4 of them are featured in Sonic TV shows. I'll probably do some bonus characters, if there's a special reason to do them. The 1st 2 characters are already ordered as since I'm not following Sonic Channel anymore for the prompts, I'll be ordering the specific character a month in advance so they'll be posted for the respective months. You'll see a new pool on my page soon once the drawings for this month get posted around the 15th. Hope you'll be excited to see more girls showing off like models this year!
Along with buying drawings of Sonic girls modelling, I'm gonna cut down on the amount of content I buy from bbmbbf. Rather than 2 big drawings per month, they'll most likely be around 2 or 3 drawings that have 1-2 characters in them each. This is mainly to save the amount of money I have on hand because my life will be changing beginning this year, for the better btw in more ways than one. So you'll still get to see content I commission on this page monthly, there just won't be much to offer to save on finances. Also, with the other drawing to fulfill the 2 character minimum requirement for the 1st drawing, I'll be putting more of an emphasis on the Charmy X Cream ship. That has grown to be my favorite Sonic kid ship, and I even went as far as having bbmbbf draw wedding rings on both of them in future drawings, since in my timeline in these posts, they're basically wed. I want to keep commissioning these 2 in neat scenarios where they're husband and wife now. Though keep in mind, if there aren't wedding rings on them in a future drawing, it'll be at a time before Charmy proposed to Cream. But for now, you'll be seeing more Charmy X Cream on this page for the foreseeable future, just to get an idea
And now the biggest news I have to announce. If you have noticed a particular post I favorited, I commissioned an artist by the name of
a certain harem drawing that was recently posted within the last couple weeks. Well I'm glad to announce that she and I are working on a couple of new projects, art-related of course. What was originally a simple idea I proposed back in October, has now expanded into a brand new story we'll be writing up together. This story will involve an OC of mine engaging with certain characters within the Sonic series, that's all I'll say on the matter. All posts involving this story will be posted on Demi's page, because I do have to fund these through commissions but for the most part, since she'll be drawing it out, it's respectable that she posts it on her page (I wish IB would allow us to add other artists' posts to our own pools so we can showcase them if they tie in with what we're creating). But yeah, that's now where my main focus is going towards now, is to develop this story with Demichan and create it so not only we can enjoy it, but you guys can too, and I'm super excited to be able to share this with you all once the artworks get finished
And lastly, in terms of hosting special milestone drawings, I'm going to switch the rewards from being drawn by bbmbbf to having Demichan draw them instead. Since it's now clear that Demi and I have developed a working relationship with each other on this new story, I want to give back to her by having her be the artist for any special milestone rewards I'll host. So from here on, once we reach 300 watchers on my IB page, I'll have you guys request me a special drawing idea, and whoever wins will get their idea be drawn by Demichan. But even better! Not only will you have your idea be drawn by her, but I'll even pay for the special commission drawing myself as a consolation, and give you the opportunity to talk to her about the idea yourself. Since she's open for commissions, I'll tell you to DM her your idea if you're the winner, so that way you can tell her any specific details you have in mind yourself rather than tell me to tell her. It's a win win all around, and I hope you all are just as excited as I am ^^
Since that was a lot of news to bring out, I hope all of you can digest this info and look forward on what's to come for 2024 and beyond. I'm really excited to be able to go by these plans as they'll be more spectacular and lovable to me as these are all ideas I can bring out myself rather than be fixated to certain criteria. While it sucks I'll be commissioning bbmbbf less, I'm very excited to share with you the works me and Demichan have got behind-the-scenes rn.
