I don't want to pick fights but mine was first and got sold so if you buy from "kisschris" you might end up with an angry owner accusing you of stealing.
Character right there ears are more rounded where character left are more like a triangle with a light curve at the base.
Left has bright yellow hair with pink highlights they hair consists mostly of bangs and hair that is behind the ears. Where right has a kinda pinkish purple hair where the hair goes completely around the head.
Lefts eyes are a red/pink somewhere near the line between red and pink. Right’s eyes are more a reddish purple almost looks like chromatic pink/purple.
Fur patterns are very different from each other.
Left had a yellow patch one one ear right has a yellow fade on both ears with small dots.
Objectively they are very different characters. If I saw the two in the wild next to each other I would not think they look similar.
I don’t believe you need to worry about anyone coping your work in this instance. I do hope you take no offence with my response. Just braking down how I see it.

Of course they're not identical in every little detail, nobody would do that. The similarity just hit me hard when I saw it, but the differences are there so I can just hope it wasn't intentional and I'm not on someone's radar now :/
