Help please?

I'm trying to upload a new pixel drawing, but for some reason I keep getting an error message saying that if my drawing is a png(which it is), then I must make sure RBG mode is on. For the record, I draw in MSPaint, I sometimes use paint.net, but I mostly use the latter for editing the pixel work. I didn't have this issue with my previous work, but yet it's acting up.

So, what's going on? Until this problem is resolved, I'll upload the work on FurAffinity

I'm not sure if you figured it out yet, but you may want to look up "colour modes" in MSPaint. It's something I figured out in Photoshop a while back.

After a bit of investigation, I think I know what's happening.

What I did with this artwork(the pony art I did recently) was I had finished it in paint.net(this was I had more layers to work with while MSPaint was...well MSPaint) and exported it. However, when I tried to upload it, it wouldn't work. I was able to find a work around by opening the image I exported from paint.net into MSPaint, saved the image on MSPaint, then uploaded it, and it worked. It's weird I know.

I haven't read anything about 'color modes' for paint.net, but I did find a detailed document about the color window in paint.net.
