Someone I follow asked about how people would feel about getting artwork of a fellow creator who's passed on's characters. This caused me to think and while I'm not in any imminent danger of shuffling off this mortal coil, I figured I'd put my say out there. First though, as I said, there are no indications my subscription to life is about to end, but those who know me know that my job does carry a larger than average chance of someone ending that subscription off schedule.
While there is almost no artwork of my characters out there, and none of it fanart or commissions other than the one reference piece I commissioned a while back, I want to make it clear and on record that if I should pass and someone who had a connection with me wants to commission new works with my characters I am fine with that, as long as they keep me in character.
