Bunnie Rabbot from Sonic the Hedgehog, though this one has a bit of a caveat. Bunnie herself is drawn occasionally, but almost all art of her has her robot legs stopping at her upper thighs. Most iterations of her have her body roboticized from the hips down, canonically. This provides an interesting opportunity; drawing Bunnie either with no bits at all, or with robussy - artificial and robotic but fully functional naughty bits.
