Well, it was inevitable but my easel finally gave up the ghost after many years of good service. Whilst I was able to save it once by replacing the motherboard, this time the entire structure and it's integrity has simply withered and disintegrated.
The screen first cracked due to much stress but was still functional despite the LCD leakage. But then one hinge failed completely, followed by the other, yet it still carried on working!
However two weeks ago, another crack materialised which finally affected the touchscreen to the point where I couldn't use it properly. I therefore decided that it was time to lay this warrior to rest and die a noble death.
So now it's a mission to source the finances to fund for a new laptop, one equally as reliable and more powerful than before. Time for a new beginning and the dawn of newer and better artwork.
So bear with me as I will be out of action for quite some time. But I shall return soon
