Happy 1st Anniversary from Pipo’s Caffe, amazing to think it’s already been a year, and we’ve made so much progress already thanks to all the support we've recieved! This celebration update will include official announcements of many important improvements coming to the channel, if you would like to know more about the real life person behind the fursona of Tarou Sakmat (Allzs previously) I will give a brief personal update here, but you should read this journal explaining things in greater detail, in case you missed it previously:
Over the last year, we have previewed dozens of images and a few short comics through our Pipo’s Caffe Subscribestar channel, but we have asked for a lot of feedback from the fans, and posted several polls to let the subscribers choose the direction of future content. We try to add a lot of variety to the polls, everything from nice to naughty and everything in between, although the fans usually vote for the hardest, spiciest option available. While we continue to field fans’ desire for more edgy, layered-fetish content, the sentimental fans should know that there will be much more content for them to enjoy soon too, there will still be a variety of 'treats' for furs of all tastes to choose from.
Although we’re gradually opening up the fans to the ‘whole’ spectrum, we have started from pure and humble intentions. Both Piporete and I have mostly produced sfw, family friendly, or plain ‘vanilla’ nsfw content, which mild and lighthearted fans have enjoyed for years now. We will still continue to provide that content, but we are expanding our content to be full spectrum now, including content that might be edgy or dark themed, for the desensitized hardcore fans who are looking for something spicy to stir their imaginations. We will be varying the content we provide on a regular basis, so it won’t take long for open minded fans to get something they want, and we will also be asking for fans’ feedback and integrating it into our stories, and allowing them to direct the inspiration a little bit too.
First update, the sentimental fans should know that “Keiko and Jin” Book 2 is about to begin in August,n not just chapter 4 continuation but a whole new book, multiple chapters and new adventures for Keiko, Jin and friends to explore! Book Two of Keiko and Jin will maintain much of the same spirit as the original, although Keiko and Jin’s adventure together will include some new faces, and exciting new adventures too! The first three chapters have already been copyrighted and are in the Library of Congress, printed and digitized, preserved in the same repository as my novel “The Terrans of Beta”. Why would we get it copyrighted in the USA? Because we plan to print it one day! That’s right, the original chapters, and new, will be colorized by the original artist Piporete, and made into print form someday, perhaps just magazine format, or even novelized with upgraded options? Their story will continue in any case, and maybe someday you’ll be able to hold a colored copy in your own hands. We might make multiple versions too, including a swf edit to be more widely distributed, but we would like to maintain the original ‘fun’ spirit as much as possible.
Second update is the official channel comic for “Pipo’s Caffe”, which will also include Keiko and Jin, but adult furs are entering the ‘fun’ now too, so expect a little spicier content in that comic. We will discuss how the maid-themed, Italian-inspired caffe comes into creation, and how the girls are recruited from Keiko and Jin’s school to help service the fans. Who would recruit them from the school? Well, none other than Principal Pipo in fact, the fur behind the namesake “Pipo’s Caffe”! A tall dark mysterious feline with a penchant for discipline, he is new to Keiko and Jin’s school. After introductions are made . . . he learns how eager the girls are to serve, and before long the idea to start a cub-serviced restaurant starts to emerge. Keiko becomes the ringleader of the recruitment, including inadvertently getting her deadbeat uncle Tarou his first job since returning back to town; starting a business with the school Principal, recruiting girls to start their own cub-caffe. Look out for the first reveal of Principal Pipo soon!
We have added two new subscription tiers as well, called “After Hours” that will allow fans opportunity to audition at Pipo’s Caffe, and "The Madness Revived" that will let fans eventually include their characters in the chaos again too. Content will still be uploaded publicly to e621 and/or Ink Bunny when applicable, after previewing it for a month or so at Pipo’s Caffe. No paywalls, all content will be shown publicly in relatively short order, we hope the fans can be patient with the paid-preview business model. The more you help support Pipo’s Caffe, the more you’ll encourage us to increase our service to the fandom, hopefully that is all the incentive you need to show your loyalty at Pipo’s Caffe =3
Another big idea I have seen in the fandom, and fiction in general, is the zombie or infected-enraged horror ideas, where a virus or supernatural event turns people into feral version of themselves, perhaps between one moment and the next. It’s a very dramatic idea, to suddenly have to run from a hoard of aggressive creatures, without warning or time to prepare. It’s an interesting idea to role-play, imagining how you would survive, or succumb to the mob eventually. Instead of doing a violent, death-themed horror story though, I would like to do a non-destructive version, replace the blood with spoo, and remove most of the violent content too. The idea? A mad scientist wants to bend the world to their will, by breaking their sentimental prohibitions, turning vast crowds of furs on each other in debauched orgies to break their will first, and force them all to succumb to their deepest desires. Some who are over-dosed with the chemical, called “The Madness” by local reporters who are caught up in the mob, are permanently turned into sinister versions of their former selves, larger and more intimidating, bent on spreading The Madness for their master . . . the mad scientist Sherly (provided by
), and her main henchman Taz (my wold Sinister Taz character). As their experiments on the general public continue, Sherly creates more viral versions of The Madness, so it can spread further on it’s own, with the eventual goal to take over the entire world, and make them give up all their inhibitions and sentimentalities forever; unless they are stopped.
I started this idea over a decade ago, with the original artist being Bittenhard, but they are no longer drawing cub content, and
has agreed to be the new artist to continue the idea. For fans that would like to join in, or help support the idea’s continuation, we are introducing a new “Madness” sub tier, and subscribers to that tier will be raffled for spots in “The Madness” orgy images. Your character could be having fun, enjoying the chaos and turning themselves over to the mob with glee, or a victim trying to get away, only to end up succumbing to the hoard of horny furs. Furs who want to participate directly without waiting for a raffled-spot can reserve a spot for $100, and will be added to the foreground of one of the future images, they can buy two characters for $150 if they want to have a couple featured instead. This puts you on the waiting list, and we will add your character and let you preview the image before it is uploaded for a week-preview to the “Madness” sub tier, before the other tiers get access. If you would like to buy an entire image to yourself, or among your friends, we can discuss price privately with Piporete. Some artists will get free spots in The Madness to encourage them to continue the idea themselves. This is a public domain idea, it’s too general of an idea for anyone to try to control, so if you want to do a parody of this idea, with your own characters and on your own channel, feel free to; please ask your fans for feedback concerning the content they would like to see. I know my old fans will be excited to see this image series come back, and Piporete’s fans overwhelmingly voted to see more as well, so the more fans support this idea, the more it will expand, perhaps becoming it’s own comic, or perhaps an “Infectonator” style video game someday, who knows how big it grows >3
We are trying to expand our horizons and include as many furs as possible in the entertainment, we hope you can join us in the expansion and help free your mind to some of the edgier content we will be providing soon. There will still be many cute, fun, sfw happy content coming too, we will be mixing it up frequently so fans won’t have to wait too long for the content they would like to see. We are already providing weekly updates through Pipo’s Caffe, daily updates will be coming soon with the start of our official Pipo’s Caffe Discord channel, where subscribers and collaborators can come and share their ideas and brainstorm with the content creators.
Thank you to Sherlykaru for agreeing to help join in “The Madness” again, she was a project manager on the original, helped collect fans’ information and relay it to the artist. This time Sherlykaru will be managing the fans’ information again, please do not submit unsolicited requests for art through Sherlykaru, but her o.c. will be joining in as one of the lead characters too! Going to be fun to have her helping us organize things, she will be the one helping conduct the monthly raffles for audition spots at Pipo’s Caffe or entries into The Madness, from the subscribers of the respective tiers, but we might do a free raffle at times for the non-paying fans, just so everyone can have a chance to be included in the fun.
Please be patient as we implement the new sub tiers and get the other promotions going, we are working on a lot of amazing content behind the scenes, and it will take a little time to start organizing the fan-integration features we mentioned here. Yes, you can enter raffles for "After Hours" and "The Madness Returns", but can only win one at a time, but play your odds either way. There may be free raffles eventually for the non-paying fans on Ink Bunny too, but we haven't finalized any of those plans yet. We will have Sherlykaru mention the specific rules when she runs the raffles for subscribers to enter their characters for a chance to win a spot in either project, but if fans only want a chance at performing at Pipo's Caffe and don't care about the hardcore content they have the cheaper "After Hours" sub-tier to participate in.

I consider the characters public domain too, so is the idea, other furs can create their own zombie-like enraged flash-mob fantasy too. I'll take that as a vote of consent. It's nothing fancy mind you, just a "where are they now?" for Marcus and Lucas and Tony and the cubs. I know Taz was there too, but I don't pretend to be worthy of writing a character of such legacy, canon or not. There's a reason I generally don't mention guest characters by name in my shorts.
And yeah, I definitely will be looking for chances to get involved in this new narrative. I may have accidentally made an absolutely perfect character for this kind of "disaster" in Rapture, what with the out-of-control nymphomania and the unnatural properties of her spray. A world without inhibition or guilt or shame would be her paradise; she would absolutely be involved in the r&d were she in that world. In fact, I'd be willing to lease her to you if you wanted. I find myself in possession of more money than time and motivation to write these days so...
