So, how's that new year's resolution going?? You know, that one where I said I'd be posting more often. LMAO!
So yeah, that didn't pan out, Since I made that journal I've posted a grand total of 1 story.
In my defence, I've had a lot going on this year. I nearly got fired in February, was threatened with redundancy in March, was actually made redundant in April, went away on vacation at the end of April and started a new job in May.
I'm not exactly in a financially stable position, so there's been a lot of stress so far this year, which has had a real negative impact on my inspiration and motivation to write. The good news is my new job is WAY better than the one I left and is so far going well.
Despite all that, writing has always been at the back of my mind and I've had a few ideas that I just never got round to putting to paper (so to speak). Aside from the TLK stuff I've been writing, I've had some ideas for some original work I'd like to try and get around to at some point.
On that subject, I'm halfway through writing another one shot and I have the next chapter of Fierce and Fast sort of planned out. so there's stuff on the horizon.
I also have a quick question. I've been thinking about streaming some of my writing, it'd be great to get some live feedback. If I were to do the occasional stream, would there be any interest in watching??
Thanks once again to everyone who's been reading and liking my work, and especially to those of you who take the time to write comments. It's really encouraging to know that people enjoy my work and it makes me want to write more.
