So, it all began 3 days ago, with This submission. As you may read in description, I wished to see how fast I could get into Popular section.
First the math. Clicked a bunch of Popular items and found that I need to gather ~400 views.
Second the models. Looked at other 'popular items' and my own stats, and somewhat determined what is ideal for starting.
And then... After the Owlbeast has failed, I've tried the Otter and it skyrocketed to a 348 views over 33 hours. Third page of 'popular'. I did it.

So, the guide of conquering the Popular section: 1. Adult images. Forget about Mature and General - they are specifically for Watchers of your art - if you want to get popular, you need to get god damn dirty! :) 2. Realistic models - like YiffyMix v3.1 - is a full throttle popular. As they resemble real life photography, brain is easely fooled into imagining it, therefore achieving near unlimited clickbait potential of your image! 3. Tags. Tag the living hell out of image. Especially tag a-a-a-a-all the fetishes you generated. Ah, about that. 4. Those people that throw you in Popular damn love fetishes, so pick your poison - you have a lot of choices.
So, you did everything by the guide and now, after 3-4 images, you are in this Pop-Club! :) What it gives you? For 1-3 days, your image will be randomly popping up in Popular section. It means, random bystanders, when they accidentaly misclick on 'inkbunny logo' instead of 'notices', will randomly see it, and, if you did everything by the guide, they will be clickbaited onto your image, resulting in even more views, and even more possibilities to gather WATCHERS. And when you get WATCHERS, then you essentially get +1 permanent view for each of your images. So if you have 1000 watchers - your images will have ~1000 views the day it releases, winch is, agree, very, very powerful, especially if you just need 400 views to get back in Popular :)))

So 1) Press Search 2) Select Time Range as 3 days 3) Press Search (without any search words) 4) Press Change Sorting: Most Views. 5) Go to page 4. 6) Scroll down to the last image. Open it. 7) Look on how many views on that image. Write number down. This is the amount of views you need to get into Popular.

Your goal after you post (especially if you don't have any Watchers) is to gather as many Favorites as possible within short time you appear in 'Recent' section. Around 20-21:00 CEST literally everyone posts a picture, and you will have less than 5-10 minutes to shine. Around 23:00 CEST, your picture have good chances to be visible for 20-50 minutes. First favorites are pretty crucial, as FAVS act like mini-popular sections. Sometimes you visit someone's page and your eye catches a glimpse of his/her Favs, and perhaps this glimpse can be your picture, winch will lead to more views... and therefore more chances to get to Popular! :)
