Well it could just be that some error was made and for example they deleted the ticket thinking it was solved or misclicking or whatever. It has been several months, it's really ok to open another ticket as long as you don't spam them.

Yeah, i've had this issue twice before. What I had to do was just pick out a mod and PM them, they don't want you to do this, but it got both my issues resolved both times.
