Starting this Friday I will be posting 1-2 adoptables per week.
After re-reading the AI guidelines on the site I may have to put a hold on this idea.
"
* You must not sell fully AI-generated artwork adopts or commissions
The question now is that if I am also selling a hand written backstory with said adopt is it still a fully ai generated adoption or not. Seems I will have to poke support about this. :<
Update: I have a ticket in with support asking if doing written character adopts with ai art is allowed. Depending on how that goes, I may nuke this account sadly.
Truth is I already spend hours on the pictures alone getting the Ai to look just right. It may not be feasible time wise to both write up a backstory, and generate several AI pictures to go with it. /End Update/
Till then, I plan on posting a few of my creations and letting people see what I can come up with.
The point of this new account is to keep AI spam away from my other subscribers. To that end, i look forward to having a place to post them that those who don't like AI can simply block and not be bothered by it.
Don't like Ai? Sad to say but neither time nor progress stop for anyone. This is simply the next cotton gin. This has made art accessible. Instead of hating Ai, use it like the tool that it is to speed up your own work.
I do understand the worries of people losing livelihoods. But i can tell you Ai as it stands is still far off from entirely taking commissions away from talented artists.Instead, i see it as a way a talented artist could increase work flow or a novice can reach that threshold of proficiency faster than ever before.
I have spent literally hours tweaking every picture I will post. And even then a skilled artist could have, and would have, done better. The difference? I'm more talented with words and logic than I am with my shaky hands.
