A little help please.

Ok, my job still won't let me install photoshop, and although Sumo is useful, it plagues with digital dandruf. Does anyone know a good online image editor/drawing program I can use to work on my pics?

Hmmm, will they let you install something like Gimp? I think the problem with photoshop is you need a business license version to use one at your work.

Nah Gimp and Sai get blocked by the "You need Admin privileges."  I need something along the lines of Sumo (web page that lets you color and has layers).

Hmmm, perhaps the version on portable apps  ( http://portableapps.com/ ) will work.  You don't install it on the computer, you install it on a flash drive, and then run it from there.  The computer at work may not let you install GIMP Portable onto a flash drive, but I'll wager your comp at home will, and once it'a on a flash drive it'll work on any comp that runs Windows.
