Amen! Yeah it's always important to remember, if a place has rules that encourage intolerance, even if they revert the rules later, you're still only going to meet people who embrace that intolerance. FA has always been a site where rampant bullying keeps popping up unchecked, but seeing the admins come up with such rules and try to take advantage of people's strong phobia of a number lower than 18 is no different from how facism happens when people try to use race, sex, orientation, etc to encourage more ire against people they personally don't like.

But most others sites haven't had this issue. Given most people moved to Inkbunny because they were ejected from FA (even if they didn't draw cub) and sites like Pixiv allow it. You're going to find far more tolerant people here, much nicer and less judgemental. Yes a few egg heads slip through the cracks, but Inkbunny's admins do a good job of banning bullies where they pop up. Who are always the real problem with art sites. Here's hoping things go better. Tired of us furry art lovers being ostracized by our own people more than any other group...
