Adoptable rules/Terms of Service for Commissions

I have (finally) updated my commission information and my adoptable rules. Going forward, all NEW adoptable sales will be held to these rules, regardless of when the adoptable was created. All sales will have a link to my website, where the rules can be found.

If you do not like these rules, you don't buy from me, period.

These are not retroactive, as much as I wish I could make them be. but "Don't be a dick" isn't clear enough, I guess.
