DAMN and D'OH!! How slow am I that I would take this long to make this announcement. But anyways, I made another trip around the sun, walking and talking with little excitement other than the passing of the father. A few days ago, I got CAT scanned again and the results are still negative across the board. no reoccurring growth on the kidney, the other organs are normal so I'm still on the right track at being healthy. Now that the weather is warming up I hope to get out and start biking for the cardio.
