Thanks to everyone who submits keyword suggestions!

I try to keyword my own stuff but it's easy to forget one or two. Often times it's a fetish like "sleep sex" or "socks" but sometimes I forget to keyword one of the main characters in the picture! ...Or sometimes I don't know a keyword exists, like "sontails".

With that said, just a few notes:
* Obscure tags are good! But invalid/invented tags aren't helpful. "Experiment 001" isn't helpful, just call them Shrink. "Literal Birdhouse" isn't helpful, just call it "endosoma" whatever the heck that means.
* ...

Well I thought I'd have more notes but that's the only note! You guys are awesome. Thanks for doing all this hard work for me for no reason. 🍺

It's one of the things I like about this site, it helps other users reaching artists they may like more efficiently
Wish FA could do this too, just think about all those beautiful images that will never be discovered because the artists didn't put enough tags on them

There should be required tagging. Here it's like sex characters and kink.

I agree, although "required tagging" also implies "required english" so I think it's better if it's seen as something people can do to help, rather than a burden on the artist (particularly non-english speaking artists.)

Yeah it's a pretty good system!

During the past few months, I've been awakened to the challenge of reconciling user-driven tagging with personal galleries. Personally I was always just like "Yeah tag my art! That's great!" but I understand now how sites like e621 can make people upset if they have a female character tagged as male because they have a penis, or if they have an adult character tagged as a child just because they are 2 feet tall and speak in baby talk. InkBunny isn't perfect but it's the best attempt I've seen to reconcile "how i want my art tagged" with "how others want my art tagged", so it's a good start

With that said, for my personal needs I think e621 is absolutely perfect. The strict tagging system enforces consistency and while *people* aren't flawless, the *system* is pretty close to flawless

Seconded! I've had some times where I've gotten a suggested keyword and really felt that idiom "miss the forest for the trees", sometimes you forget the most obvious stuff simply because they're that obvious 😅

It's embarrassing -- but I can just click the "Accept Keyword" button and nobody is the wiser

Inkbunny even alphabetizes your tags to avoid the embarrassment of someone noticing "Kecleon, gay, male, m/m, anal, kissing, pokemon, saliva, cum, wall_(decoration), flowerpot, sun, summer, green_skin, cum_in_ass, cum_on_ceiling, cum_everywhere... ... ... Smeargle" 😭

That's a big one! I try really hard to remember it and make sure it appears at the front of the keyword list, because even though I'm gay, I understand gay would be a very prominent keyword for people to block
